Magnificent position close to everything. And near to amusement park, food and entertainment. Cheap & incredible room with 2 queen beds.

The location was favourable, for example, Pirates Dinner Adventure was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Furthermore, on the floors on the alley. Loved our rooms with 2 queen beds.

The hotel staff was very rude.

They were under construction, you can see they are going to leave it very well, but I think they should let you know if they are under construction on the premises to weigh up whether to book a hotel under construction or not . They put us in a room where we were surrounded by very young people, almost teenagers, there was a "party" some of the nights, both in their rooms and outside them, right next to our door. We talked to them nicely so that they would stop making noise and they ignored us. We called the front desk and no one answered the phone. We had to go to the reception to warn them. The person in reception told us that he couldn't do anything about it. He only acted when we threatened to call the police. All that at 2:00 in the morning. Breakfast was in a small room because the royal hall was under construction.

Hotel clean, comfortable and suitable for the price.... Close to shopping centers and Target nearby and possibility to go there on foot.there is a dollars tree, restaurant, bank wells fargo and above all a free parking for those who have a car . The staff is friendly, friendly and professional.

I didn't like it because often there are customers who don't respect the place, often nightly disturbances, quarrels, shouting and sometimes the establishment doesn't intervene.

reception was great, staff pleasant and accommodating despite my approximate English. Well located hotel. Target accessible on foot across the car park, it helps when you need 2 or 3 little things. We took advantage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I recommend.

Close to the freeway, so noisy. Average breakfast, but it goes for a short time. Then we had breakfast in the bedroom.

The location is awesome!!!! Everything is next door, we didn't have to drive much... Restaurant, beauty salon, target, ..

It lacks usb sockets and light above the mirror. Air conditioner's a little noisy.

I had an early morning experience by enjoying breakfast with a variety of choices. The waffles and juice were a nice way to start the day. Some friends and I stayed here for a concert nearby. After the show, it was convenient to not have to drive far. The parking was free, which helped. The location was good for our needs.

The check-in process took a while, and the rooms felt basic with some cleanliness issues. I noticed dirty carpets and the hairdryer was not very effective.

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement

The location was perfect for visiting Knott's Berry Farm. The nearby restaurants were a lifesaver.

The room lacked basic amenities, like body gel, disappointing for our stay.

The bed is excellent, the room is clean, minimum equipment for the rooms, pleasant swimming pool jacuzzi too. The staff is always ready to listen. What was interesting was the ATM at the reception desk. Nearby Deny's steakhouse wendy's Target Tree dollar and especially exit towards freeway 91 W. Not great for us Tahitians...

but on the other hand the not famous breakfast just orange cereals milk tea coffee muffin pancakes... without eggs nor sausages nor bacon finally just sweet products proposed. A little expensive for what is proposed.
